  1. Immediate Complications( early )

Bleeding from the posterior side comes from the posterior ethmoid artery or the lateral nasal branch of the sphenopalatine artery, if necessary, ligation of the internal maxillary artery. 28,30

Prophylactic antibiotics should be given to patients with chronic weakness and with septal or dorsal hematoma.
